Radical feminists are responsible for the war on women, says Doc

I shouldn’t waste my time, but here goes. According to Dr. Jim Asher, it is not men’s wars, rapes and murders of women that are behind the war on women.
It’s radical feminists.
Men never cease to amaze me with their wisdom. I mean they’re so smart. That’s why they’re Drs, innit.

The current administration tells us there is a war on women. And there is — absolutely — a war being waged on women. But where is this war coming from?

To answer this, let’s go back to 1960. That’s when the birth control pill debuted. Three years later, Betty Friedan in “The Feminine Mystique” convinced women that their victimization by men was over. Bemused, we men watched women demonstrating, burning their bras in “protest,” and among other things, even refusing to let us open a door for them. We asked ourselves, “Is this what they want — truly?”

In her characteristically unsubstantiated way Friedan wrote, “…the fact that American women are kept [by men] from growing to their full human capacities…is taking a far greater toll on the physical and mental health of our country than any known disease.”

The legacy of “The Feminine Mystique” with the books and articles it spawned still plague us nearly 50 years later with the same message. Feminine happiness means a career, late or no marriage, and few or no children — and no reliance on a man. To prevent this great toll on the physical and mental health of women, there is of course, contraception, abortion, and sterilization.

Women have a right to be happy

So women, convinced that their physical and mental health were at stake if they stayed home having baby after baby amidst the crashing boredom, opted for the typing pool, the retail counter, or any number of other mundane jobs — the same kinds of jobs most men have.

Nevertheless, from the radical feminist’s perspective, mental health, personal satisfaction, and a sense of self-worth all depend on having a job — any job — whatever it takes to get outside the home and away from kids.

The Feds make their move

If men were largely the cause of all women’s problems, surely the worst men had to be those old celibates who know nothing about women, who run the Catholic Church. And in order to continue their domination, they condemn birth control and abortion. As a sop, they offer the “rhythm method” which everyone knows is totally worthless. Ooh! Wouldn’t that just infuriate thinking, liberated women — even Catholic women? Clearly, the Church needs a radical change.

Staffed and encouraged by Catholics protesting against the Magisterium, the Federal Government has made its move against the Church and seemingly, for women. It now feels secure in pursuing the mandate of requiring health insurance to provide contraception, abortifacients, and sterilization. Any opposition to the government’s mandate — which is coming mostly from the Catholic Church — gets accused of waging war on women.

The Catholic Church? Really? Consider that contraception has made possible a radical feminism with its concomitants of — on an unprecedented scale in human history — abortion, infidelity, divorce, illegitimacy, promiscuity, sexually transmitted infection and the poverty of single parenthood.

And where would you suppose most of the suffering from these societal ills falls? Hint: you see very few secular men complaining about the sexual revolution.

And let us not forget that with the pill, there are real risks to women’s health. Including cancer, cardiovascular and stroke disease, liver disease, and a host of minor problems including bleeding, nausea and vomiting, breast problems, headache, swelling, emotional problems, lowered sexual interest, and abortifacient potential to name some.

Can you imagine men putting up with the risks of the pill ? Or the IUD for that matter — risks of serious infection, infertility, bleeding, cramping, plus abortifacient potential?

Natural Family Planning supports women

With natural family planning (NFP), there are no complications and the risk of pregnancy can be the same as with the pill. Cost is negligible. Divorce is rare. Why is there so little information about NFP outside Catholic diocesan offices?

In 1968, Pope Paul VI predicted in Humanae Vitae that with the advent of contraception “…[men] may forget the reverence due to a woman, and, disregarding her physical and emotional equilibrium, reduce her to being a mere instrument for the satisfaction of his own desires, no longer considering her as his partner whom he should surround with care and affection.”

The real war on women is not coming from the Church. The disappeared reverence due a woman — surely a result of warfare — is most paradoxical in that it is largely the result of the enthusiastic cooperation of radical feminists. Let’s break this down.

“In her characteristically unsubstantiated way Friedan wrote, “…the fact that American women are kept [by men] from growing to their full human capacities…is taking a far greater toll on the physical and mental health of our country than any known disease.”

The Feminine Mystique is well-researched and referenced, which is more than can be said for Dr Jim’s work.

Feminine happiness means a career, late or no marriage, and few or no children — and no reliance on a man. To prevent this great toll on the physical and mental health of women, there is of course, contraception, abortion, and sterilization.”

Or, you know, men could stop raping women, or having sex and ejaculating inside  women who do not wish to bear their child.

Do you advocate that men stop ejaculating inside women who do not want to bear a child, Dr Asher?

“So women, convinced that their physical and mental health were at stake if they stayed home having baby after baby amidst the crashing boredom, opted for the typing pool, the retail counter, or any number of other mundane jobs — the same kinds of jobs most men have.”

 Newsflash for Dr. Asher:

Men keep the best-paid and cleanest jobs for themselves, and relegate toilet-cleaning and retail work to women. This is what is known as sex-discrimination.

The typing pool and the retail counter are the “pink ghetto”, which is the name given to represent the dead-end, mundane jobs that women are shunted into, while men go off and create wars (with women’s taxes), fly planes, create chemical weapons, buy women’s ovaries, stuff silicone into women’s bodies and all those other exciting things they do in order to award themselves large amounts of cash and status.

“Nevertheless, from the radical feminist’s perspective, mental health, personal satisfaction, and a sense of self-worth all depend on having a job — any job — whatever it takes to get outside the home and away from kids.”

I suggest you read up on radical feminism, because this is not a radfem perspective at all. This is a liberal feminist perspective.
Radical feminism does not see any need for women to “get away from the kids”. Our kids belong to us, they are part of us. Men have proven time and time again, by their sexual abuse of female children, by the abuse and murder of mothers, by their penchance for “family annihilation”, by their abandonment of the family home… that they have no stake in childrearing, and that their contribution towards child-rearing is a grand sum of nil. What they do do, however, is use their economic clout to coerce women and children into living with them, which can only be achieved by keeping women poor though sex discrimination in the workplace. What they also do is use children as pawns in the divorce courts in order to take revenge on the mother. What is also growing in popularity is  stay at home dads who are quite happy to let women go out to work in order to keep them and the children they had by them, only to hold it against these mothers when the partnership inevitably ends– convincing the court to take the children away from her. In many of these cases the woman would have preferred to spend more time with her baby at home. After all the baby is the PRIZE you get in return for the hell of pregnancy and childbirth.

At any rate, what radical feminists do believe is that men should stop systematically opressing and killing women through violence in the home, on the street and in wars. Whether women have children or not is irrelevant to this central point.

“If men were largely the cause of all women’s problems, surely the worst men had to be those old celibates who know nothing about women”

Well,  now that you mention it, yes I think those “old celibates” were pretty bad, but only if you regard child sex abuse as bad. I mean, if you think raping children is okay, then I guess it’s all relative… Definitely no bad men in sight here…

“Staffed and encouraged by Catholics protesting against the Magisterium, the Federal Government has made its move against the Church and seemingly, for women. It now feels secure in pursuing the mandate of requiring health insurance to provide contraception, abortifacients, and sterilization. Any opposition to the government’s mandate — which is coming mostly from the Catholic Church — gets accused of waging war on women.

The Catholic Church? Really? Consider that contraception has made possible a radical feminism with its concomitants of — on an unprecedented scale in human history — abortion, infidelity, divorce, illegitimacy, promiscuity, sexually transmitted infection and the poverty of single parenthood.”

Again, contraception and abortion is not a radical feminist solution to men’s insistence that they ejaculate inside women. The radfem solution is for women to live separately from men and not allow them anywhere near them until they learn to treat women like human beings. These are, however, stop-gaps–short-term solutions–which enable women to survive patriarchy with their bodies and minds somewhat intact.

The poverty of single parenthood? That would exist because of sex discrimination in the workplace, and the fact that patriarchal societies insist on women being economically dependant on men. It also exists because workplaces are extraordinarily intolerant of mothers. A sane society would not create a situation whereby the the only way a mother can earn money is by leaving her children. A sane society would make it possible for mothers to survive above the poverty line.  Again, the radical feminist solution is for women to separate economically from men so that becoming a mother does not lead to poverty should they choose to live without a man.

“And where would you suppose most of the suffering from these societal ills falls? Hint: you see very few secular men complaining about the sexual revolution.”

Oh that old chestnut. Us righties against you lefties, and women are caught up in the middle.

Newsflash to Dr Asher: Research has shown that married women are just as likely to seek an abortion as single women. They just don’t tell their husbands about it. They do it on the sly. That is because being married does not exempt a woman from sexually serving men, or being coerced into intercourse which impregnates them against their will. Quite the opposite.

“And let us not forget that with the pill, there are real risks to women’s health.

Or the IUD for that matter — risks of serious infection, infertility, bleeding, cramping, plus abortifacient potential?”

Yes, radfems would agree with you here. The pill is indeed poison. So again, can you try to get men to stop “sticking it in” . And you are right, men would never allow themselves to be coerced into swallowing poison every day. Then again men aren’t desperate to avoid pregnancy in a rape culture, in which all men–left, right, married, single– insist on intercourse, no matter the consequences for women.

The real war on women is not coming from the Church. The disappeared reverence due a woman — surely a result of warfare — is most paradoxical in that it is largely the result of the enthusiastic cooperation of radical feminists. Benedicamus Domino.

There you have it folks. The war on women is not entirely because of warfare, which is when men  rape and kill women whose country they’ve invaded, or murder women in their own homes, or hell, just  do away with random women on the street. No, the war on women is LARGELY THE RESULT OF enthusiastic cooperation of radical feminists who have contributed to men no longer revering women….

  1. I was gonna break it down too but when I see you pretty much hand his ass to him, I thought “nah, she can handle it. Don’t need my young feminism. She got experience” A big Ay-ho! to everything you said.

  2. Yup, most of what Dr Dickweed is complaining about is women’s having to deal with the male entitlement of sticking their dicks into women, as well as women having to put up with the crap menial jobs due to sex discrimination in the workplace.

Once again, pure reversal going on here – blaming radical feminists when men are the cause of women’s problems. And one of the most badly executed reversals that I have seen for a while.

  3. News flash to Jim Asher – feminists did not burn their bras in protest. Malestream media created this misogynistic lie. Another news flash to Asher men liked the notion of the pill because it removed women’s excuse of not submitting to mandatory male sex right of forcing his penis into her body, because she not he could become pregnant from his sperm.

A birth control pill can easily be created for men but men of course don’t want their delicate bodies (sic) subjected to such dangerous drugs but women’s bodies only exist to be used as men’s masturbatory aids.

Another news flash to Asher where have you been living for the last few years because there are innumerable male Catholic priests who have been outed as serial male sexual predators who have preyed for decades and decades on girls, adult women and to a much lesser extent boys. So much for those pseudo chaste catholic priests! Plus Catholic church adheres to male supremacist lie women exist as men’s disposable sexual service stations and that male sexual domination with mandatory penis in vagina is the sin que of supposed male human sexuality!

Women do not have men’s children – rather that is what Male Supremacist System constantly claims. News flash men do not create children – rather it is women who are the ones who create and carry a foetus. The sperm is merely rejected or accepted by woman’s internal body structure so another male myth is shot down in flames. Sperm are not ‘active’ rather they are passive and are either sucked up or rejected by the woman’s body. See Emily Martin’s scholarly essay debunking men’s claims their sperm are like little soldiers!

    http://writingclassroom.com/martineggsperm.pdf

We must ensure we do not fall in trap of using patriarchal universal language because when we do we are condoning/reinforcing male supremacist myopic beliefs that man’s (sic) definition of reality is the only one because women have no reality other than the male interpretation or should that be men’s lies? So no women do not have men’s children.

  4. It just never occurs to men that they won’t actually DIE if they don’t have PIV, does it?

(Women on the other hand, CAN die if we have PIV.)

OMG how chivalrous of them!! I so wanna get married now!
